I just read your usefully detailed March 6th update. There are so many things young parents worry about even when a baby has no unusual issues, and I can appreciate how demanding this time is for you. I hope you're both carrying the load without too much omnipresent worry.
Grumpy Graysen rarely smiles, but I was able to catch one this morning. He enjoyed watching Caleb and Katelin play with Easter eggs.

Such a cutie! And don't worry too much about the smiling... a lot of babies don't really do social smiling until they are 2+ months old. :)
