Today was my first day by myself. I am not allowed to lift the boys, so I had to come up with a few solutions for our daily routine. I moved the kiddie table into the kitchen and served the boys their meals there. For naptime, I moved Graysen's mattress into the floor and hoped that he would take a nap even though he wasn't in his crib. It didn't work out as I planned. I watched the boys on the video monitor for about 20 minutes. They spent most of the time jumping, running, and acting silly. I gave up after 20 minutes when it was evident that they were not going to calm down.
