Caleb's birthday party is today! Laura is really, really excited--probably much more excited than Caleb, at this point. She's bouncing off the walls. I'm starting to suspect that her primary motivation for having children might have been the opportunity to plan birthday parties. (Trick-or-treating and Christmas shopping might have only been secondary motivations...)
Shhhhh! Don't tell her I told everyone this. She might be embarrassed.

Yes, I do believe that Laura was extra-overly excited (only words to describe Laura)! I know the Christmas decorations are up by now. Will she throw a party when Caleb is potty trained? HMM!
Laura, I'm trying to contain myself with Essence's party. It started with the cupcake invites. I will be counting cupcakes in my dreams!
